Monster Noodle

You know, I’ve heard so much pretentious garbage about blogging for the last few years that I wanted to projectile vomit. How blogging has changed the world and that everyone should have a blog to explore their deepest thoughts and contribute meaningful content to the rest of the world. Bunk. There are some good blogs out there that do give some very good information and might actually be meaningful to someone. However, the vast majority just clutter up an already cluttered internet with triviality. I thought about this a lot and decided…Hell yeah! Me too!

Oh yeah, ”Who is this?”, you ask. I’m a previously overpaid and massively overworked corporate management type puke who decided that enough of a bad thing can truly be enough. So, what did I do? I made a bee-line for the door before what was left of my inner peace departed without me. Wait…I could spend hours on that topic.

What was I talking about? Oh yeah, blogging. What in the hell is this all about? Everyone out there with two brain cells to rub together spewing out things that, quite honestly, in most cases should have been left in that dark place where it lived. So what, one might ask, am I doing here following the herd and writing my own blog? It’s an interesting question and one that has more that a simple answer. Oh wait, I’m candy coating crap again. I’m here for a single purpose. To contibute something far less meaningful but hopefully infinitely more interesting. Out in the open. In front of a crowd. To the world (or actually those few poor souls that have absolutely nothing better to do than to read meaningless blogs). If in the process, I actually espouse some view or opinion that you find interesting, that’s great. If not, stop reading and go back to sleep. 

I might even say something new. In fact I just did. “something new”. Cute eh? Actually I think that Solomon got it right strait out of the gate. There is nothing new under the sun. We’re just rehashing the same old ideas over and over again. Wait a second, how could that be right, this is the freaking Internet. I’m sure that Solomon didn’t have that in his day. So much for ancient wisdom.
